Step 4 Get a quotation for the procedures from our business manager.

Step 5 Make sure that you are healthy enough to handle the desired surgery. ( Call our office for details.)

Step 6 Place 50% of the whole surgery fee as your surgical deposit, and then you will be given a surgery date.

Step 7 You will be asked to pay the full balance in cash, credit card, or money order on the day of your surgery with an exception to financed accounts.

Because VIP Plastic Surgery offers many elective procedures that are typically not covered by insurance or healthcare reimbursement programs, other options are available to you. In addition to cash or credit cards, our practice participates in a convenient monthly payment plan arranged through the patient financing program of Unicorn Financial Services, Inc. By completing the simple registration form, we can pre-qualify you even before you come in to our office. There is no application fee required. It is strictly voluntary on your behalf.
