A plant-based diet emphasizes foods derived from plants, including vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, and seeds, while minimizing or excluding animal products. When we eat fiber our gut can’t digest but the fiber is nutritional source for bacteria which resides in our gut. If these bacteria can’t find the nutritional source inside of our colon, they are starting to eat our intestinal wall which can cause leaky bowl syndrome, diabetes, cancer. So let’s start to have plant based diet as our main diet
